The idea of using corks to create a work of relational art stems from the need to be able to look at recycled materials with new eyes and transform them into the artistic medium with which to express one’s own reflections on the world around them.
Through the creation of a “doll” and the use of corks combined with the theme of representing oneself in a whole of oneself, the project intends to show today’s and future society, respecting the human being and the environment in which he lives.
A cork will be brought back to life thanks to the imagination and creativity of the “artists” and, transformed into a work of art, it will turn into an object of personal and social reflection.
