Giovanna Andreassi, from Verona, a Cignaroli graduate of painting, has displayed works in which a form of body-art is evident, replete with experiential visualization, where the existential drama is crudely expressed, not only through her own body placed in public toilets during moments of the calls of Nature, but also with the symbolic use of the color yellow, a hue which naturally incites joy, but which is changed, in the urban traffic furniture, into a sign of danger, to go no further, and for the artist, into a paranoid shout of denunciation and renunciation of the relationships that appear natural, but in the present context are harmful and alienating.
